Setting up MMS internet

You may need to install settings on your device for picture messaging or the internet to work. If picture messaging or the internet has stopped working, re-installing your settings often fixes the problem.

Click on your network below to have your settings sent by text to your device for free. The settings for both picture messaging and the internet are usually sent at the same time. Follow the instructions in the text to install your settings automatically.

If that doesn't work, make sure your device supports picture messaging or mobile internet. Look in your device's user guide if you're not sure

If you still need help, call your network to check that your account supports picture messaging or mobile internet. They'll be able to add it if it doesn't
